Great Day for a Walk

The weather is sunny and the breeze is blowing -- it is the perfect combination for a nice long walk! Today during lunch, me, Jen, & Alicia participated in the campus 'Poker Walk' along with several other faculty, staff, and students.

We walked the 2 mile loop around campus and picked up 5 cards along the way at a designated station -- the person with the best poker hand at the end of the walk wins a prize! I'm pretty sure my pair of 8's was not the best hand of the day - especially considering Alicia had a pair of Aces!

This weekend the weather is going to be awesome -- it's going to cool down a lot and you can bet you'll find me wearing lots of sweatshirts, boots, and scarfs! I love fall weather clothes!
